Services

CEI programs support and assist you through all the processes of preparing you for, finding, acquiring and maintaining employment. Once employment has been secured, CEI job coaches support you on the job site to ensure that your on-site employment training is successful. Our job coaches make sure that any on-site needs are successfully obtained, monitor your progress on the job, and work with you to set up natural supports both on the job and personally for employment. Once on your own you gain further assistance through follow along, as job coaches monitor your progress on the job and meet with you bi-monthly. These contacts are to establish: job satisfaction, employer job quality satisifaction, identify areas of need that may arise requiring CEI support intervention, and lastly...help you re-train if that need presents itself.
